مرحبًا بك في نفكّر. خصوصيتك تهمنا، وهذه السياسة توضح البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف
نستخدمها ونحميها.
١. من نحن
نفكّر (We Think) منصة تفكير جماعي لاكتشاف المشاكل الحقيقية وحلّها، تُشغَّل من المملكة
العربية السعودية. للتواصل:

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني، الاسم المعروض، وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة، لا نطّلع عليها).

بيانات الاستخدام: اهتماماتك التي تختارها، ومشاركاتك في المنصة (المشاكل المقدَّمة،
التصديقات، الحلول، الملاحظات).
- بيانات تقنية أساسية: معلومات الجلسة اللازمة لتسجيل الدخول وتشغيل التطبيق.
لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا أي بيانات من جهازك خارج ما ذُكر.
٣. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تشغيل حسابك وتجربتك داخل التطبيق.
- توجيه المهمات والجولات المناسبة لك.
- تحسين المنصة وفهم استخدامها.
- التواصل معك بخصوص حسابك (مثل رموز التحقق).
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية.
٤. أين تُخزَّن بياناتك
تُخزَّن بياناتك بشكل آمن لدى مزوّد خدمة قواعد البيانات Supabase، وفق معايير حماية
وتشفير حديثة.
٥. حذف الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائيًا من داخل التطبيق (الحساب ← حذف الحساب). عند الحذف:
- تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية (البريد، الاسم، الاهتمامات).

تتحول مشاركاتك السابقة إلى مشاركات مجهولة الهوية لا ترتبط بك، حفاظًا على اكتمال
عمل المجتمع.
٦. أمان البيانات
نطبّق ضوابط وصول صارمة وتشفيرًا للبيانات، ونراجع أنظمتنا دوريًا.
٧. خصوصية القُصّر
التطبيق موجّه لمن أعمارهم ١٨ عامًا فأكثر، ولا نجمع بيانات القُصّر عن قصد. إذا علمنا
بوجود حساب لمن هو دون ١٨ عامًا فسنقوم بحذفه.
٨. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر أي تغيير جوهري في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث التاريخ أعلاه.

Welcome to Nfaker. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we
collect and how we use and protect it.
1. Who we are
Nfaker (We Think) is a collective-thinking platform for discovering and solving real
problems, operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact:

2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and password (encrypted — we never see it).

Usage data: the interests you select and your contributions on the platform
(submitted problems, validations, solutions, notes).
- Basic technical data: session information required for sign-in and app operation.
We do not collect your location, your contacts, or any other data from your device
beyond the above.
3. How we use your data
- To operate your account and your in-app experience.
- To direct relevant missions and rounds to you.
- To improve the platform and understand how it is used.
- To contact you about your account (such as verification codes).
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, using modern
protection and encryption standards.
5. Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from within the app (Account → Delete
Account). Upon deletion:
- Your personal data (email, name, interests) is deleted.

Your past contributions become anonymous and are no longer linked to you, to
preserve the integrity of the community's work.
6. Data security
We apply strict access controls and data encryption, and review our systems
regularly.
7. Children's privacy
The app is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data
from minors. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete
it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Any material change will be posted on this page with an
updated date above.
