By using the Nfaker app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the service

Nfaker (We Think) is a collective-thinking platform: members submit real problems, the community validates them, and parallel solution rounds follow. The platform is operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Accounts

• Registration requires a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

3. Content you submit

• You retain ownership of the problems, solutions, and notes you submit.
• By submitting content, you grant Nfaker a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process it within the platform for its operation and development.
• If you delete your account, your contributions remain in anonymized form as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Rules of use

The following are prohibited:

• Posting offensive or misleading content, or content violating the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Impersonation or creating fake accounts.
• Attempting to harm the platform or gain unauthorized access to its systems.
• Using the platform for commercial or promotional purposes without permission.

We reserve the right to remove violating content or suspend violating accounts.

5. Intellectual property

The Nfaker name, logo, and app design are the property of the platform and may not be used without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy or viability of member-submitted problems and solutions, and we accept no liability for decisions made based on them.

7. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify the service or these terms at any time and will post updates on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
